Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Shipment

  Carefully disassemble and pack the workstation in its original industrial packaging, ensuring all components, tools, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Schedule Pickup

  Due to the size and weight of our ergonomic stations, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to schedule a convenient pickup time from your location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 7-10 business days.
